All original Artworks and digital copies are final sale, shipments will be insured and a refund will be issued for any unarrived or damaged packages.
Prints are available for exchange for 1-2 prints of equal value at the cost of shipment, we are not liable for any extra shipping costs for the return or new delivery.
How do I request a custom painting?
Whether is something similar to what I have already done or something that is new feel free to reach out anytime by messaging us directly on Instagram or by email. There is a request section on the about the artist page of this website or feel free to inquire above to start a dialogue!
What is the processing time?
Custom orders have determine deadlines according to the difficulty of the piece and client will be updated of any changes along the process.
Premade orders will be shipped out every Friday and you will receive a tracing number once it has been sent.
How do I return a print for exchange?
Email us above and let us know which print you would like to exchange with the name that was on the original order and we will send you a return shipping label to complete the exchange!
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once it has been shipped so you can follow your paintings journey to its new home!
